惠来电厂直流系统存在的问题及其解决办法

The Problems and Solution of DC Power Source in Huilai Power Plant

电厂直流电源在正常运行时是保护、通信和操作控制所必需的电源;事故时,在外部交流输入中断的情况下,是电厂和电力系统保持联系,恢复发电甚至"黑起动"的后备电源。它的安全运行关系到电厂乃至电力系统的安全。这里以惠来电厂的实践经验,阐述了直流系统在运行中可能遇到的问题,并提出相应的对策及维护和改进建议,供电力同行参考。

DC power source is the necessary power supply for protection, commumcation and control during normal operation of the power plant（P/P）. And it is also the back-up power for the P/P to communicate the system, to restore power generation and even ＂black-starting＂ when all the AC supply interrupts due to accident. The safety of DC source concerns with the safety of P/P and even the safety of power system. Basing on the running practice of Huilai P/P, the possible problems the would be encountered during operation are described and relevant counter-measures are drawn for the reference of power colleagues.
