摘要
[目的]探讨两种健康教育方式对社区高血压病病人血压控制的影响。[方法]将120高血压病病人(接受常规高血压药物治疗)随机分为两组,每组各60例,观察组采用以人为本、因人施教的健康教育方式,对照组采用集体授课方式的健康教育。[结果]观察组对高血压相关知识了解程度和高血压控制率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]在社区实施以人为本、因人施教的高血压健康教育,能提高社区高血压病病人对高血压病相关知识的认识,并能使他们积极采取控制高血压的有效措施,提高高血压的控制率。
Objective: To probe into the influence of two health education styles on hypertension patients in community. Methods: A total of 120 hypertension patients in community (accepting traditional hypertension drug treatment) were divided into two groups,60 cases each. Patients of observation group accepted "taking man as foundation and teaching based on individual" health education. Inpatients of control group accepted the "collective lessons" health education. Results: The patients of observation group know more about hypertension and have higher rate of controlling hypertension than those in control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion: To carry out the "taking man as foundation and teaching based on individual" health education on hypertension can enhance the cognition of hypertension patients on hypertension disease related knowledge, and make them adopt effective measures for controlling hypertension so as to improve the control rate of hypertension.
