摘要 目的探讨蒺藜总皂苷对AlCl3致AD大鼠的影响。方法采用AlCl3灌胃制作AD大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间记忆能力,免疫印迹检测tau蛋白磷酸化水平。结果蒺藜总皂苷明显缩短大鼠寻找平台的时间,降低tau蛋白磷酸化水平。结论蒺藜总皂苷能有效改善因AlCl3所致的大鼠空间记忆障碍,其机制可能与抑制tau蛋白过度磷酸化有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of gross saponin from Tribulus terrestris L, GSTF on on spatial memory deficits induced by AlCl3 in rats. Methods The AD model was established by AlCl3, and spatial memory ability and tau protein expression were detected by Morris water maze and western blot, respectively. Results The results showed that the escape latency was increased significantly after AlCl3 treatment. GSTF could markedly shorten AlCl3-induced the increase of escape latency, decrease tan hyperphosphorylation. Conclusion GSTT can effectively prevent rats from AlCl3-induced spatial memory deficits by inhibiting tau hyperphosphorylation.
