摘要
新化县作为一个国家级贫困大县,其农村教育师资配置还存在一些问题。解决的关键是构建一套较为完整的教师激励机制,可从以下几个方面着手:建立柔性的薪酬制度;坚持物质激励和精神激励相结合;建立科学合理的绩效考评体系;创建公平民主的环境等。
As one of the poverty - stricken counties of Hunan, Xinhua county has some problems in the allocation of teaching resources. The key to solve the problem is to set up a complete incentive mechanism for the teachers, i. e. making adaptable salary system; persisting in combining material incentive with mental incentive; setting up scientific and reasonable efficacy evaluating system; initiating fair and democratic environment.
