滇东南热区农民产业组织与资源整合的思考

An Innovation Thought of Farmer Industrial Organization and Resources Integration in Tropical Area of Southeastern Yunnan

简述云南滇东南热区经济落后的区域特点,根据自然资源、主要热带作物产业优势、农民专业合作组织及"三农"的发展现状,提出了滇东南热区农民专业合作组织与产业发展的创新思路:组建热区主要经济作物的农民专业合作组织的产业协会;推广"龙头企业+农民专业合作组织+农户"的经营管理模式,从而有效地整合热区农民的产业资源,开创"三农"工作新局面。

In accordance with the natural resources, the major merits of tropical crops and the developing situation of farmer specialty cooperative organization as well as some things involved in farmers, agriculture and the countries construction, an innovation thought of farmer specialty cooperative organization and industry development in tropical area of Southeastern Yunnan was put forward in this paper. In accordance with the reality of the counties, forming the farmer specialty cooperative organization industry association of the main economic crops in this tropical area, and promoting the management mode of Leading Enterprises＋Farmer Specialty Cooperative Organization＋Farmer, which integrate industry resources for creating a new situation of agriculture.
