摘要
在Unipol聚乙烯装置中,采用冷凝技术后,以浆液催化剂逐渐替代M-1型固体催化剂将成为未来发展的方向。在工业化应用的基础上,比较了浆液催化剂和M-1型固体催化剂的产品质量、操作稳定性和切换牌号的灵活性等方面的优势。此外,对浆液催化剂在冷凝操作模式下应用出现的如树脂发黏等问题,提出了解决方案。
It would be the future trend that slurry catalyst gradually replaces solid catalyst inpolyethy- lene Unipol process with condensation model. On the basis of industrial application, the two kinds of catalyst were compared. The results showed that the slurry eatalyst was better than solid catalyst in product quality,operation stability and flexibility of grade transition. Moreover, some measures were proposed to deal with the problems occurred for slurry catalyst at condensation model, such as sticky resin, etc.
