摘要 系统总结了运行 0万 h、1 0 .4万 h、1 4.7万 h、1 5 .3万 h的主蒸汽“薄壁管”的金相组织、力学性能及碳化物中合金元素析出量变化规律 ;对运行达 1 5 .3万 h的老化材料采用 X光衍射、电镜及扫描电镜损伤分析等手段揭示了其老化机理 ;结合运行1 5 .3万 This paper summarizes the regular variation pattern of metallographic organization,mechanical property and indigenous alloy elements from carbon compound of“thin-wall”main steam piping after0,100000,143000,and 153000hours of operation,respectively.for the material after 150000hours operation,x-ray diffraction,electron microscope and scanning electron microscope are used to analyze and reveal its aging mechanism.Together with the results of creep rupture tests,the evaluation results of life-time of this piping material was determined.
