摘要
用计算机辅助优化数值试验 (CAT)方法对某电厂 6 70t/h锅炉进行了CAT优化设计改造 ,对燃烧器喷嘴加装折向挡板前后炉内切圆直径、气流充满度 ,炉膛出口扭转残余的变化进行了CAT研究 ,探讨用燃烧器喷嘴加装折向挡板以解决严重结焦问题。
This paper describes a numerical study.with a Computer-Aided-Testing method, on a 670t/h tagential fired boiler with or without baffles in burners,and analyses of imaginarg circle diameters,gas filling factor and residual revolution at the exit from furnace are made so as to find the effect of the baffles in preventing the serious slagging in the boiler.
