摘要
目的通过药效学试验观察止泻灵颗粒的止泻作用。方法对脾虚型腹泻小鼠分组灌胃给予止泻灵颗粒,雌性动物连续给药9天,雄性动物连续给药10天。记录末次给药后24h内总湿便数。结果止泻灵颗粒(4.0、8.0g·kg-1)连续给药9天,与模型对照组比较可明显减少湿便数(P<0.01)。结论止泻灵颗粒具有明显的止泻作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe antidiarrheal effect of Zhixieling Granules through the pharmacodynamics. METHODS The spleen deficiency of diarrhea in mice division garage to Zhixieling Granules,female animals for treatment 9 days, male animals for treatment 10 days. Records of the last 24h after administration of the total number of wetlands dung. RESULTS Zhixieling Granules （4.0,8.0g · kg^-1 ） for nine days the number of wetlands dung is lowerd, comparing to model control group（ P 〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Zhixieling Granules has obvious antidiarrheal effect.
