Eight Treatment in Collateral Diseases

络脉是对经脉横别出的分支部分的统称络,是相对经而言,有"网"的意思,即网络全身,无处不到。络脉是营卫气血津液贯通的枢纽,也是营卫交会的场所,由于络体细小曲屈,络脉易瘀易滞,故络病的发生多以络脉阻滞不通为主,所以络病的治疗当以通络为其要。通络法有多种,现就临床常见的通络法及常用通络药归纳为:虫蚁通络法、散寒通络法、活血化瘀通络法、祛湿逐痰通络法、补气活血通络法、祛风散邪通络法、解毒通络法、柔肝熄风解痉通络法等八法。以期对临床治疗络病有所裨益。

Collaterals is the common name of the branches from channels, which has the means of net to the channels. It contacted from head to foot omnipresently. Collaterals is the junction of Ying, Wei, Qi and Xue and the place where Ying and Wei meet. Because collaterals are too tiny and crooked to be detained, the collateral diseases mainly shows the collaterals are detained and can＇t circulate. So that the treatment of colateral diseases should firstly relax the collaterals. The methods of relaxing collaterals is vary. The common methods and medicines are the eight treatment of Chongyitongluo, Sanhantongluo, Huoxuehuayutongluo, Qushizhutangluo, Buqihuoxuetongluo, Qufengsanxietongluo, Jiedutongluo, Rouganxifengjiejingtongluo, etc. It is hoped to help the treatment of the collateral diseases clinically.
