益气养阴扶正固本法治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Yiqiyangyin Fuzhengguben Decoction in Treating Advanced Non-Small Lung Cancer

目的:探讨益气养阴、扶正固本法治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组(中药加化疗)30例,对照组(单纯化疗)30例,分别治疗8周。结果:①治疗组与对照组比较在改善临床症状方面有明显差异(P<0.05)。②治疗组与对照组比较治疗组可以明显提高生存质量(P<0.05)。③两组肿瘤缓解率比较:两组无明显差异(P>0.05),疾病控制率比较,治疗组与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴、扶正固本法联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌比单纯化疗治疗有明显的优势。

Objective-To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiqiyangyin fuzhengguben decoction in treating patients with advanced non-small lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods： 60 patients were divided randomly into two groups： the 30 patients treated with Yiqiyangyin fuzhengguben decoction and chemotherapy（group A）,the other 30 patients treated with chemotherapy .alone（group. B）.The efficacy was evaluated after 8 weeks. Results： There are significant advantages in improving the clinical symptom between group A and group B（P〈0.5）. （2）The group A has significant advantages than group B in improving the quality of life （P〈0.05）.（3）there are significant differences about disease control rates between group A and group B （P〉0.05）,but there are no significant differences Comparing two groups of tumor response rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It shows, obvious, advantages in yiqiyangin fuzhengguben, decoction combination chemotherapy.
