RP-HPLC法测定咳欣康片中吗啡的含量

Content Determination of Morphine in Kexinkang Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定咳欣康片中吗啡含量。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-3C185μm(250mm×4.6mm)柱,以甲醇-0.5%醋酸铵-三乙胺(30:70:0.1)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为220nm。结果:吗啡在0.1188～1.188μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.74%,RSD为0.87%。结论:该方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠。

Objective：To determine morphine in Kexinkang tablets by RP-HPLC .Methods： Using Inertial ODS-3 C 18 5 μm（ 250mm × 4.6mm ）column, Methanol-ammonium acetate-triethylamine（30：70：0.1） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 220nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1188-1.188 μg for protopine（r=0.9999）.The average recovery （n=9） was 97.74%, and RSD was 0.87%.Conclusion： The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
