摘要
目的:建立菟丝子提取物中总黄酮含量测定方法。方法:以芦丁为标样,对菟丝子提取物中黄酮类化合物采用甲醇超声提取,用紫外分光光度法,在500nm处测定吸光度。结果:总黄酮在7.456~44.736μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为:A=0.0123C+0.0337(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率为93.2%(RSD为1.3%)。结论:该实验方法简便、快速、准确,可控制质量。
Objective : To determnine the total flavones in Cuscuta chinensis Lain extract. Methods : Using detection wavelength at 500rim and rutin as the standard sample,the flavones substances in Cuscuta chinensis Lam extract were determined through methyl alcohol ultrasonic extraction and ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results : Sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 7.456-44.736 μ g/mL and the curve was A=0.0123C+0.0337(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 93.2%and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion:This method is easy,rapid and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Cuscuta chinensis Lam.
