桂枝茯苓丸及其温阳利水和活血化瘀两组药物对小鼠子宫肌瘤模型的影响

Effects of Guizhi Fuling Pill And Be Taken Apart on Warming Yang and Diuretic Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis in Model of Mice with Hysteromyoma

目的:探讨桂枝茯苓丸及其温阳利水和活血化瘀两组药物对小鼠子宫肌瘤模型的治疗作用。方法:观察桂枝茯苓丸及其温阳利水和活血化瘀两组药物对子宫肌瘤模型小鼠子宫重量、血清中雌、孕激素含量和子宫组织的影响。结果:桂枝茯苓丸及其温阳利水和活血化瘀两组药物有降低子宫肌瘤小鼠子宫重量和雌激素、孕酮水平和趋势,并能减轻子宫肌瘤模型小鼠子宫的病理改变。

Objective： To study the therapeutic actions of Guizhi Fuling Pill and be taken apart on wanning yang and diuretic, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in model of mice with Hysterotomy. Methods： To investigate the influence of Guizhi Fuling Pill and be taken apart on warming yang and diuretic, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on uterus weight, the concentration of extradite and progesterone in serum and uterus tissue of model. Results： Guizhi Fuling Pill and be taken apart on warming yang and diuretic, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis could reduce the uterus weight and the level of extradite and progesterone of the model of mice with Hysterotomy, also alleviate its pathological changes.
