摘要
目的探讨胎儿宫内发育迟缓(Intrauterine growth retardation,IUGR)的临床治疗效果,探讨理想的治疗手段。方法将确诊的IUGR患者96例分为治疗组和对照组,均为48例,其中治疗组分为左旋精氨酸+氨基酸综合治疗组24例和单一氨基酸组24例。结果治疗组与对照组在新生儿体重、胎儿宫内缺氧方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而新生儿窒息差异不明显(P>0.05);综合治疗组与单一治疗组胎儿生长参数包括双顶径、股骨长度的增长均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论确诊IUGR后患者需积极治疗,且综合治疗组较单一氨基酸组及对照组具有较大的优势。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treatment on IUGR,and to find better treatment means. Method The IUGR patients were divided into treatment group and control group,and each group included 48 cases. The treatment group consisted of 24 cases of a combined therapy group （L-Amino-acid＋ amino acid）and 24 cases of a single amino acid group. Results There are significant differences between treatment group and control group in birth weight and intrauterine hypoxia（P〈0.05）, but there＇s no obvious difference in neonatal asphyxia（P〉0. 05）. The increase value of fetal growth parameters （including biparietal diameter, femur length）of the combined treatment group is higher than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The IUGR patient should be treated as early as possible, and a combined treatment group has greater advantages than a single amino acid group and control group.
