妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症对围产儿预后的影响

The Influence of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy on Perinatal Newborn

目的探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy,ICP)对围产儿预后的影响。方法收集ICP产妇30例为ICP组,48例正常产妇为对照组,比较两组间胎儿窘迫、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息、早产的发生率。结果胎儿窘迫、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息、早产的发生率ICP组分别为43.33%、26.67%、10.00%、26.67%,对照组分别为6.25%、4.17%、2.08%、4.17%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论ICP可导致胎儿窘迫、羊水胎粪污染、新生儿窒息、早产。

Objective To investigate the influence of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ICP） on perinate prognosis. Method 30 maternity patients were collected as a ICP group, and 48 normal maternity patients were as a control gronp. The rates of fetal distress, fecal contamination of the amniotic fluid, the newborn suffocates,the newborn pneumonia,the premature delivery were compared between the two groups. Results In ICP group, the rates of fetal distress, fecal contamination of the amniotic fluid, the newborn suffocates, the premature delivery respectively is 43.33%,26. 67%,10.00%,26.67%,And the rates are 6.25%,4. 17%,2.08%, 4. 17% respectively in the control group. All differences are statistially significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ICP may cause the fetal distress, fecal contamination of the amniotic fluid, the newborn suffocation or the premature delivery.
