摘要
目的探讨汶川地震应激状态下大学生的心理健康状况。方法采用简易应对方式量表和状态—特质焦虑量表对重庆572名大学生进行调查。结果重庆大学生在汶川地震后2周内,状态焦虑水平都显著高于以往大学生群体;应对方式与状态、特质焦虑之间存在着显著相关,且应对方式对状态—特质焦虑具有良好的预测作用。结论汶川地震应激状态下重庆大学生明显感受到更多焦虑,应引起重视,应在大学生中积极开展有针对性的危机干预教育。
Objective To identify the college students' mental health in the Wencnuan seismic stress state. Method lay using simplified coping style questionnaire and state-trait anxiety Inventory, 572 college studems were investigated. Results Two weeks after the earthquake, Chongqing college students' state anxiety was evidently higher than university students before,and their coping style had a negative correlation with state anxiety and trait anxiety. The regression analyzing showed the coping style could well predict the stale-trait anxiety. Conclusion Chongqing college students clearly felt more anxiety in the Wenchuan seismic stress state, and they should receive active targeted crisis intervention education.
