匹维溴胺合用谷维素治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效

Therapeutic Evaluation of Pinaverium Bromide Combined With Oryzanol in The Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的探讨匹维溴胺联合谷维素治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法选择46例IBS患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组各23例。对照组采用匹维溴胺治疗,50mg/次,3次/d;治疗组在此基础上服用谷维素,30mg/次,3次/d,疗程均为1个月。观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组总有效率为73.9%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论匹维溴胺联合谷维素可有效改善IBS患者的临床症状。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of pinaverium bromide combined with oryzanol in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Method 46 patients with IBS were randomly divided into two groups,one is the control group and the other is the treatment group with each group 23 people. The patients in the control group were treated with pinaveriunm bromide 50 mg three times a day, and those in the treatment group were given oryzanol 30 mg three times a day besides above treatment. The period of treated was 1 month. The clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.6% in the control group and 78.3% in the treatment group,there was significantly difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pinaverium bromide combined with oryzanol can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with IBS and increase the therapeutic effects.
