对高校医院开展健康教育的思考

Reflections on the Implementation of University Hospital Health Education

高校医院健康教育是高等院校医疗卫生保健机构和医务人员在医疗服务过程中实施的健康教育活动,其实质是延伸医疗服务。本文阐述了高校医院开展健康教育的特殊意义和作用,指出高校开展医院健康教育是必要的,是校医院必须承担的社会职责,有助于提高医疗服务质量,是疾病预防中的重要手段,有利于构建和谐医患关系,减少医疗纠纷。对高校医院开展健康教育的形式和内容,重点介绍了包括诊疗过程中、护理工作中、医疗后随访中健康教育形式;其基本内容包括疾病防治健康知识的宣传教育、心理健康教育和生活行为干预。分析了目前工作中存在若干问题,提出需进一步改善的措施。

University hospital health education is an educational activity carried out by the medical and health care institutions and the medical staff of higher education institutions during the provision of medicai services, which is an extension of medical services by its nature. This paper elaborates on the special significance and functions of health education in university hospitals. It highlights the necessity for universities to carry out heath education, and points out university hospitals must assume the social responsibility of carrying out health education with the aim at improving the quality of medical services, reducing medical disputes so as to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. As for the forms of health education conducted by university hospitals, the paper focuses on the process of treatment, nursing and medical follow-up; the basic content of health edu- cation, on the other hand, includes the publicity and education on public awareness of health and disease prevention, mental health education and behavioral intervention of life. The paper analyzes several issues in the current work and puts forward some further improvement measures.
