摘要 功能磁共振成像(fMRI)视网膜皮质映射成像作为视觉脑功能研究的一种新技术,现已成为研究视觉生理及相关疾病神经机制的一种强有力工具,临床应用日渐广泛。青光眼是临床常见病,以进行性视神经损害和视野缺失为特征。由于fMRI视网膜皮质映射成像技术可以在活体上提供视网膜与视皮质的拓扑对应关系,进行脑功能定位定量分析,因此为研究青光眼的发病机制提供了新视角。就fMRI视网膜皮质映射技术在青光眼中枢机制研究现状及未来发展方向作一综述。
