膝关节半月板位移的临床与影像学意义 被引量:8

The meniscus displacement in knee joint:clinical and imaging features

摘要 回顾近几年关于膝关节半月板位移的国内外文献,从生理、解剖、病理及临床的角度分析半月板位移的发生机制和影响因素及磁共振成像诊断方法。通过介绍半月板位移与损伤、半月板稳定装置及膝关节其他结构损伤的相关性,进而对半月板位移发生原因及临床和影像学意义进行评价,以提高临床及影像学医师对半月板位移的认识。通过早期发现、早期诊断、早期健康教育,针对半月板位移及其并发症采取有效治疗,降低膝关节退行性关节病的发生率,以达到较好的预后水平。
