摘要
医药购销中的商业贿赂严重威胁到了患者的切身利益,对其进行综合治理需要全方位的制度设计。逐步实行医药分开制度,改革药品的定价和招投标体制,健全学术推广制度,完善政府的监管制度都是规制医药购销中商业贿赂不可缺少的环节。
Business bribe in medical vendition has threatened seriously the patients＇ interests. In order to prevent business bride, it needs a comprehensive system for treatment. It is necessary to separate the medical treatment from medical vendition, to reform the system of price - setting and public bidding, to perfect the system of academia popularization and consummate the governmental supervisory system. All these are important for the prevention of business bribe in purchasing medicine.
