摘要
科学管理和人本管理是管理的两大范式,二者都是主客二元思维的产物,具有内在的局限性;但二者作为对立的两极,具有互补性,二者的整合发展必然产生一种新的管理范式———对话管理范式。对话管理以科学管理为基础机制,以人本管理的精神为价值导向,形成一套新的内在机制和完整范式,是对二者的内化与超越;它超越主客二元模式,是一种主体间性管理,符合事物发展的内在逻辑,在今天已初露端倪。
The scientific management and the people-oriented management are two paradigms of management theories, but both have inherent limitations as a product of subject-object thinking. Therefore, with the integration of the two kinds of management, a new paradigm - dialogue management is bound to come into existence. The dialogue management takes the scientific management as the base and people-oriented management as the value-oriented one to create a new inherent mechanism and complete pattern. It is internalized and surpassed the two, beyond the model of subject-object dualism. It is an inter-subjective management, suitable for the internal logic for development and has demonstrated its success at present.
