摘要
介绍了逆向工程技术的定义及工作流程,整个流程分为数据采集、数据处理和曲面重构3个部分。摩托车覆盖件是整车造型的主体,外观质量要求高,对整车视觉效果影响很大。为了迅速准确地设计出高质量的覆盖件,首先利用LEICAT-SCAN扫描设备获取覆盖件的点云数据,然后在CATIA中进行数据处理并进行复杂曲面重构,为后续的分析、模具设计、NC加工奠定基础。最后加工出实体模型,试验证明了该方法的可行性,极大的缩短了产品的开发周期。
This paper introduces the definition of reverse engineering and work flow.The whole process is divided into data acquisition,data processing and surface reconstruction.Motorcycle cover is the main vehicle model with the appearance of high-quality requirements and the impact of visual effects for the whole vehicle.In order to rapidly and accurately achieve the design of high-quality pieces,the point cloud data is obtained by LEICA T-SCAN scanning equipment firstly.Then the data-processing and the complex surface reconstruction are carried out in CATIA,which lays the foundation of follow-up analysis,mold design and NC machining.The solid model was processed.The test proves the feasibility of the method.The product development cycle is shortened.
