摘要
比较了红菇多糖提取的几种方法,研究了红菇多糖的醇沉条件,以及多糖对超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)、羟自由基(.OH)的清除作用。试验结果表明,红菇多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:时间35min、温度25℃、超声功率400W、料液比1∶20,在此条件下红菇多糖的含量达7.36%;当料液比为1∶2时,即5mL浓缩液乙醇的加入量为30mL时多糖沉淀效果较好,多糖的得率为6.62%。抗氧化试验表明,多糖对超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基均有显著的清除作用,并呈一定的剂量效应关系,表明红菇多糖具有较好的抗氧化作用。
The single factor and orthogonal tests was applied to study with better method through comparison several extracted method of Russula-polysaccharide, the alcohol precipitation conditions and the scavenging activity for hydroxyl radical (-OH) and superoxide anion radical (O2-·) of Russula-polysaccharide was also studied. The result showed that the optimal extraction condition of Russula-polysaccharide was as follows: extraction time 35 min, temperature 25℃, extraction power 400 W and solid liquid ratio 1:20. Under this condition the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 7.36%; the alcohol precipitation effects ofpolysaccharides was better under the solid liquid ratio was 1:2, concentrated solution was 5 ml and alcohol was 30 ml, thus receive the rate of polysaccharides was 6.62%. The scavenging activity to -OH and O2-· of polysaccharides was significant, and showed a certain dose-response relationship, which indicated that antioxidative activity of Russula-polysaccharide was good.
