化学交换饱和转移类对比剂在磁共振成像中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 新型对比剂的开发和研究是分子成像领域研究的热点之一。化学交换饱和转移(CEST)是一类阴性磁共振成像对比剂,与传统的阴性对比剂不同的是,CEST通过转移饱和质子达到减低水分子的信号T1和T2+)而产生阴性对比。使用CEST不仅可以观察活体组织的结构改变,还可以进行代谢显像、标记细胞成像和pH值测定等。就CEST作为分子成像对比剂的成像原理、应用及研究现状予以综述。
