摘要
目的:建立食品接触材料用胶粘剂样品制备方法和可溶性重金属钡、镉、铬、铅检测方法。方法:试样经涂膜使用温度下干燥、冷冻硬化粉碎,4%乙酸浸泡处理,石墨炉原子吸收测定胶粘剂可溶性钡、镉、铬、铅含量。结果:取同一样品7份,连续7次测定结果4种重金属离子相对标准偏差在1.2%-9.5%。测定方法加标回收率80%-120%。结论:本方法操作简便,浸泡液中共存物质及各元素间对测定干扰较小,仪器测定方法准确,适用于食品接触材料用胶粘剂中可溶性铅、铬、镉、钡重金属的检测。
Objective:Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established to determine soluble Ba,Cd,Cr and Pb in adhesive for food contact materials.Methods:Samples were dried at room temperature after coating films,followed by freezing,hardening.4% acetic acid was used to extract metals in treated samples.Results:The recoveries for Ba,Cd,Cr and Pb with standard addition method ranged from 80%~120%(n=7).Relative standard deviation was no more than 1.2%~9.5%(n=7).Conclusion:The method is sensitive and simple.It can be used for determination of soluble Ba,Cd,Cr and Pb in adhesive for food contact materials.
