摘要 目的:探讨大豆异黄酮和维生素E混合制剂对老龄大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:将48只雌性老龄大鼠按血清丙二醛水平随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和老龄对照组,连续灌胃60 d后,测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果:与老龄对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组血清MDA含量显著降低;低、中、高剂量组血清SOD活性显著升高;中剂量组和高剂量组GSH-Px活性明显升高。结论:大豆异黄酮和维生素E混合制剂对老龄大鼠具有抗氧化功能。 Objective:To study the effects of compounds of soy isoflavone and vitamin E on antioxidative functions of old rats.Methods:48 old female rats were divided into low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group and old control group at random according to MDA content in serum.MDA content,SOD and GSH-Px activities in serum were determined after giving test substances by intragastrical gavage for 60 days.Results:MDA content in three dose groups decreased significantly and SOD activities in three dose groups increased significantly as compared with old control group.GSH-PX activities in medium and high dose group were significant higher than those in old control group.Conclusion:Compounds of soy isoflavone and vitamin E have effects on antioxidation of old rats.
