大豆异黄酮和维生素E混合制剂对老龄大鼠的抗氧化作用

Effects of compounds of soy isoflavone and vitamin E on antioxidative functions of old rats

目的:探讨大豆异黄酮和维生素E混合制剂对老龄大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:将48只雌性老龄大鼠按血清丙二醛水平随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和老龄对照组,连续灌胃60 d后,测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果:与老龄对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组血清MDA含量显著降低;低、中、高剂量组血清SOD活性显著升高;中剂量组和高剂量组GSH-Px活性明显升高。结论:大豆异黄酮和维生素E混合制剂对老龄大鼠具有抗氧化功能。

Objective：To study the effects of compounds of soy isoflavone and vitamin E on antioxidative functions of old rats.Methods：48 old female rats were divided into low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group and old control group at random according to MDA content in serum.MDA content,SOD and GSH-Px activities in serum were determined after giving test substances by intragastrical gavage for 60 days.Results：MDA content in three dose groups decreased significantly and SOD activities in three dose groups increased significantly as compared with old control group.GSH-PX activities in medium and high dose group were significant higher than those in old control group.Conclusion：Compounds of soy isoflavone and vitamin E have effects on antioxidation of old rats.
