摘要
目的:研究高效液相测定食品中苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ的新方法。方法:样品经提取后,硅镁吸附柱净化处理,C8柱分离,二极管阵列器检测。结果:在0.4~4.0μg/ml范围内,苏丹红浓度与峰面积有良好线性关系,苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ加标回收率为70.0%~114%。结论:该方法分析时间快,样品处理方法可靠。
Objective:To develop a new method for determination of sudan colorants in food by high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC).Methods:After extraction of organic solvents and purification of florisil adsorption columna,the sample utilized C8 column to separate and used PDA detector.Results:The experiment gave a good linear relationship over the concentration from 0.4 to 4.0 μg/ml and recovery rates were 70.0%~114%.Conclusion:The method has the advantage of rapaid analysis and sample handling and it is available for laborary determination conditions.
