高效液相色谱测定食品中苏丹红新方法研究

A new method for determination of sudan colorants in food by high performance liquid chromatography

目的：研究高效液相测定食品中苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ的新方法。方法：样品经提取后,硅镁吸附柱净化处理,C8柱分离,二极管阵列器检测。结果：在0.4~4.0μg/ml范围内,苏丹红浓度与峰面积有良好线性关系,苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ加标回收率为70.0%~114%。结论：该方法分析时间快,样品处理方法可靠。

Objective：To develop a new method for determination of sudan colorants in food by high performance liquid chromatograph（HPLC）.Methods：After extraction of organic solvents and purification of florisil adsorption columna,the sample utilized C8 column to separate and used PDA detector.Results：The experiment gave a good linear relationship over the concentration from 0.4 to 4.0 μg/ml and recovery rates were 70.0%～114%.Conclusion：The method has the advantage of rapaid analysis and sample handling and it is available for laborary determination conditions.
