摘要
目的:建立工作场所空气中有毒有机物的测定方法。方法:用活性炭管吸附和二硫化碳解析,选择WCOT-FUSED SILKA 30 m×0.25 mm毛细管柱分离,FID检测器,气相色谱法测定。结果:8种有机化合物的解析率为94.5%~104.5%,相对标准偏差为0.47%~1.4%,检出限在0.29~0.98μg/ml之间。结论:本法能同时测定工作场所空气中有机毒物,具有快速方便、线性好、灵敏度高等优点。
Objective:To estabilish a method for the determination of 8 organic poisons in the air by capillary column gas chromatography.Methods:Using activated straws and carbon disulfide to analysis it,choosing the WCOTFUSED SILKA 30 m×0.25 mm capillary column to separate it,FID detector,determination by gas chromatography.Results:Analysis of the rate of the 8 organic poison was 94.5%~104.5%,the opposite deviation 0.47%~1.4%,the limitation of the result 0.29~0.98 μg/ml.Conclusion:This method can be used to determine 8 organic poisons at the same time.
