摘要
目的:通过对浙江省奉化市不同人群麻疹IgG抗体的定量检测,了解各类人群麻疹IgG抗体水平,为预防及控制麻疹提供依据和对策。方法:按照《中华人民共和国麻疹诊断及处理原则》GB15983-1995,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),结果用SERION easy base 4PL软件进行自动评估。结果:2007-2009年共检测了2010人份血清,其中0-8月龄(免疫前)66人份,9月龄(免疫后)34人份,13-17月龄(复种前)78人份,21-24月龄(复种后)31人份,幼儿组132人份,小学(1-3年级)141人份,小学(4-6年级)154人份,初中组691人份,高中组683人份。麻疹IgG抗体阳性率分别为1.5%、100%、100%、100%、100%、100%、93.1%、91.5%;麻疹IgG抗体GMC分别为51、1352、1578、2333、1871、1241、783、757、733 mUI/ml。结论:经过麻疹疫苗初次接种与复种后效果良好,但随着年龄的增长,麻疹IgG抗体水平逐渐下降,应对小学高年级(4-6年级)、初中生、高中生进行麻疹疫苗强化免疫以及做好应急工作,从而预防和控制麻疹的流行和暴发。
Objective:The different groups of people,Fenghua,Zhejiang measles quantitative detection of IgG antibodies to understand the various types of measles IgG antibody level of the crowd,for the prevention and control of measles and measures to provide a basis.Methods:In accordance with the "People′s Republic of China the principle of diagnosis and treatment of measles" GB15983-1995,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the results of SERION easy base 4PL using automatic evaluation software.Results:2007-2009,a total of 2010 people were detected in serum,where 0-8 months of age(before immunization),66 people,9-month-old(after immunization) 34 people,13 to 17 months of age(before revaccination) 78 copies,21-24 months old(after revaccination) 31 people,child care group of 132 primary and secondary schools(grades 1 to 3) of 141 primary and secondary schools(grades 4 to 6) were 154,691 junior high school group who were high school group of 683 people.Measles IgG antibody positive rates were 1.5%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,93.1%,91.5%;measles IgG antibody GMC were 51,1352,1578,2333,1871,1241,783,757,733 mUI/ml.Conclusion:After the initial inoculation of measles vaccine and the effects of multiple cropping well,but with age,measles IgG antibody level decreased gradually,to deal with high-grade primary school(grades 4 to 6),junior high,high school students to carry out measles vaccination and immunization do good response,so the prevention and control of epidemics and outbreaks of measles.
