摘要
目的:对矿泉水中的铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)进行污染调查及菌落形态分析,针对性地提出控制措施。方法:采用国标GB/T8538-2008/54铜绿假单胞菌-滤膜法对南方地区16家矿泉水生产企业的45份水源水、30份成品水样品进行检测。结果:45份水源水中有11份样品检出铜绿假单胞菌,阳性率为24.44%;30份成品水中有4份样品检出铜绿假单胞菌,阳性率为10.00%。水源水阳性样品中检出16株典型菌株,其中8株产绿脓菌素,7株产荧光色素,仅1株产红脓素,占阳性比例分别为50%、43.75%和6.25%;而成品水阳性样品中检出4株典型菌株,其中3株产绿脓菌素,1株产荧光色素,占阳性比例分别为75.00%和25.00%,而产红脓素菌株未检出。结论:矿泉水中水源水和成品水均存在铜绿假单胞菌污染的现象,阳性样品中存在有3种典型菌株的菌落形态,应采取相应的控制措施。
Objective:To study the contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in mineral water,analyze the corresponding colony morphology,and put forward of the specific controlling measures.Methods:45 samples of source water and 30 samples of finished water were collected from 16 mineral water manufacturers in southern china,and the present of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the collected samples were determined using filter membrane methods which based on the national method(GB/T8538-2008/54).Results:11 positive results of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were found among the 45 source water,that is,the detectable rate is 24.44%;4 positive results of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were found among the 30 source water,that is,the detectable rate is 10.00%.16 typically contaminated strains,containing 8 pyocyanin strains,7 fluorochrome strains and 1 pyorubin strain,were detected in source water samples,consequently,the positive rates were 50%、43.75% and 6.25%,respectively.4 typically positive strains,including 3 pyocyanin strains and 1 fluorochrome strain,were detected in finished water samples,the positive rates were 75.00% and 25.00%,respecitively.No pyorubin was detected in finished water samples.Conclusion:The experiment data showed the universal present of Pseudomonas aeruginosa both in the source water and the finished water in mineral water,and three typical colony morphologies were found in the positive samples.So,some relevant controlling measures should be taken.
