摘要
目的:探讨海岛地区儿童血清钙、磷水平及在儿童成长过程中的变化趋势和影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,于2007年4-12月对我县1418名4-18岁健康儿童进行血清钙和无机磷测定以及饮食情况调查,并对血清钙、磷水平与性别、年龄、身高、体重及饮食的关系进行统计分析。结果:海岛地区儿童的血清钙为(2.40±0.13)mmol/L,与年龄、身高、体重均呈正相关(P〈0.01),城镇儿童明显高于乡镇儿童[城镇(2.42±0.13)mmol/L,乡镇(2.37±0.12)mmol/L,P〈0.01]。血清无机磷为(1.41±0.17)mmol/L,与年龄、身高、体重均呈负相关(P〈0.01),城镇儿童明显高于乡镇儿童[城镇(1.44±0.18)mmol/L,乡镇(1.38±0.13)mmol/L,P〈0.01]。[Ca].[P]浓度(mmol/L)乘积为(3.38±0.46),13-14岁达到峰值3.40±0.47后,随着年龄增加而降低。结论:海岛地区儿童血清钙、无机磷水平和年龄、身高、体重有相关性,它们的水平和北京地区相比,低于北京城区儿童但高于郊区儿童。
Objective:To explore the changes of serum total calcium(Ca) and inorganic phosphate(P) levels during children growth and related factors.Methods:Using a stratified samling and random cluster sampling method,we selected 1418 healthy children aged 4-18 years from urban and suburban of island area from April 2007 to December 2007 to test the levels of serum Ca and P.Their meal status was also surveyed to analyse the correlation of the leves of serum Ca and P with sex,age,height,weight,and diet on statistic basis.Results:The Ca levels of island area children were(2.40±0.13)mmol/L,which had a positive correlation with age,height,weight(P0.01),The Ca levels of urban children were significantly higher than those of suburban[urban,(2.42±0.13)mmol/L;suburban,(2.37±0.12)mmol/L,P0.01].The P leves of island area children were(1.41±0.17)mmol/L,Which had a negative correlation with age,height,weight(P0.01),The P levels of urban children were significantly higher than those of suburban[urban,(1.44±0.18)mmol/L;suburban,(1.38±0.13)mmol/L,P0.01].·[P](mmol/L)of island area children were 3.38±0.46.The value of ·[P] reached peak by 3.40±0.47 when the children were of 13-14 years old,and then the value declined with increasing age.Conclusion:The levels of serum Ca and P have correlation with age,height,weight,and diet.The levels of serum Ca and P levels are lower than in Beijing children.
