摘要
在人工接种条件下对17个自交系和31个杂交种抗黄斑病性鉴定结果表明,它们中没有免疫的,但品种间在潜育期、浸染率、病斑大小、产孢量、病斑类型、病情指数、流行速度等方面均表现有明显差别,具有水平抗性的特征。根据乳熟期病指,自交系中较抗病的有豫12、豫20、Mo17、获唐白等,易感病的有478、黄早4、E28、黄野4、掖107等;杂交种中较抗病的有9011×黄早4、廊玉6、8053、冀单22、中单2、丹玉13、唐抗5等,易感病的有西玉3、掖单2、掖单4、掖单12、掖单13、掖单18、掖单19、掖单20等。
Resistance to maize yellow spot of 17 inbreds and 31 hybreds was measured in dis-ease garedn. The results showed that no one was immune but differences existed among thesevarieties in incubation period, infective rate, spot size, sporulating quantity, type of symptom,disease index, epidemic rate. Inbreds yu12, yu20, Mo17, Huotangbai and hybreds 9011×Huangzao4, Langyu6, 8053, Jidan22, Zhongdan2, Danyu13, Tangkang5 were resistant. In-breds 478, Huangzao4, E28, Huangye4, Ye107 and hybreds Xiyu3, Yedan2, Yedan4,Yedan12, Yedan13, Yedan18, Yedanl9, Yedan20 were susceptible.
