摘要 研究了杜仲叶中京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、京尼平苷等次生代谢物季节、地域差异性。采用反相高效液相色谱法分析杜仲叶中这3种主要次生代谢物。结果表明,京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、京尼平苷6月份含量最高,分别达到0.562%、2.258%和0.571%。另外,杜仲叶中次生代谢物含量地域差异性显著,即对于同一年龄、同一杜仲品种而言,气候条件较差地区(年平均气温6.8~8.8℃、绝对最低湿度-29.6%^-22.6%、年降雨量576.7~1048 mm)杜仲叶次生代谢物含量高。由此得出,气候条件影响杜仲叶中次生代谢物的合成积累,而6月份为杜仲叶的最佳采收期。 To study effects of differences among seasonal and region on three bioactive components, namely geniposidic acid (GA) , chlorogenic acid(CA) and geniposide(G) , in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves, reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatograpy (HPLC) was used to analyse the three secondary metabolites from E. ulmoides leaves. Results show:the content of the three components was highest in June, which reached 0.562 % , 2. 258 % and 0.571% , respectively, indicating June to be the best harvest period for collecting leaves. In addition, significant regional difference affects also the accumulation of the products, which disclosed that the worse climate conditions with annum average temperature 6.8-8.8℃, annual absolute lowest humidity from - 29.6 % to - 22.6 %, and annual rainfall 576.7-1 048 mm resulted in high yield of the secondary metabolites in the same species of E. ulmoides. June was the best harvest period for collecting leaves. The climate conditions significantly affected the content of the secondary metabolites in E. ulmoides leaves.
