摘要
开发了超临界RP-3流动换热试验系统。采用该试验系统分析了RP-3在φ2.2mm×0.2mm的不锈钢管中竖直向上和向下流动的换热规律;对其物理特性参数,采用广义对应状态法,结合试验结果给出。试验结果表明:浮升力和热加速的影响可以忽略不计,向上和向下流动对换热没有显著影响。对试验数据与采用2种经验公式所得的计算结果进行了比较,结果表明吻合情况较好。
The experimental system of supercritical RP-3 flow recuperation was developed. The recuperation law of the vertical up and down RP-3 flow in the φ2.2min× 0.2mm stainless steel pipe was analyzed by using the experimental system. The physical characteristics parameters were obtained by adopting the extended corresponding state and combining the test results. The results show that the effect of the buoyancy lift and the heat acceleration can be neglected and the flow up and the flow down have no significant influence on the heat transfer. The experimental data carnpared with the calculation results using two empirical formulas. The results indicate that the experimental data is consistent with the calculation results better.
