摘要
通过计算,论述AUC(三碳酸铀酰铵)工艺纯化过程对4类杂质的纯化能力。在UO22+-NH4+-CO32--H2O体系中,计算求得某些生成微溶的碳酸盐或氢氧化物的杂质在AUC晶体中与铀的质量比<1×10-6;某些部分溶解的杂质碳酸盐,如Li,当[(NH4)2CO3]为2.8 mol/L时,溶液中ρ(Li)达2.09×104μg/L,它不可能进入AUC晶体。溶解度大于AUC晶体的杂质化合物,通过固液分离和洗涤,可以基本除去。
Through calculation,the purification capability of four kinds of impurities in AUC(ammonium uranyl tricarbonate) process was discussed.The minimum level of some impurities which can produce slightly soluble carbonates or hydroxides was calculated and their minimum values in AUC crystal were below 1 μg/g U.Some impurities which can produce partly soluble carbonates,for example,the Li concentration reached to 2.09×104 μg/L in solution containing [(NH4)2CO3] of 2.8 mol/L, cannot come into AUC crystal. The impurities which compound solubility is higher than the solubility of AUC can be removed by means of the separation o{ solid and liquid and washing the AUC crystal.
