摘要
内蒙古巴彦淖尔紫金公司湿法净化渣综合回收工序采用β-萘酚除钴,文章介绍α-亚硝基β-萘酚钴渣制取氯化钴的工艺研究及最佳工艺控制条件,该工艺合理可行,目前已建成200t/a钴生产线,钴的总回收率均在92%以上,产品符合GB/T1270-1996标准。
The β-naphthol cobalt removal process has been used in sediment hydrometallurgy comprehensive recovery stage at BAYANNAOER ZIJIN Company in Inner Mongolia. This paper introduced the study of preparation of cobalt chlorinate from α-nitroso β-naphthol cobalt sediment, and best process condition. The process is reasonably and practicable, now it has built 200t/a cobalt production line, the total recovery of cobalt were 92% above, products comolv with GB/T 1270-1996 standard.
