摘要
根据某矿山高钨高铝型锡精矿的组成特点,提出了采用电炉还原熔炼生产粗锡时的Al_2O_3-CaO-SiO_2系炉渣组成(按配料计算):Al_2O_341%、SiO_224%、CaO 35%。试验结果表明,通过优化渣型可获得较好的技术经济指标:粗锡回收率≥98%,粗锡含Sn≥96%、含Fe约1.6%,渣含Sn 1.5%~2%、WO_3≥8%。
According to the features of the tin concentrate containing high W and Al in some mining area, the slag constitution of Al2O3-CaO-SiO2 system for electric furnace reduction smehing primary tin was presented as Al2O3 41%, SiO2 24% and CAO35% in this paper. By optimization the slag constitution, a good technical and economic target can be got, such as the primary tin recovery rate more than 98%, Sn more than 96% and Fe about 1.6% in the primary tin, Sn about 1.5%-2% and WO3 over 8% in the slag.
