摘要
研究了不同的Mg含量对过共晶铝硅合金组织和性能的影响.利用扫描电镜和金相显微镜观察了过共晶铝硅合金在Mg含量不同时和热处理前后的金相组织变化,利用XRD和EDS分析了合金中不同金相组织的相,利用硬度计测试了合金的布氏硬度和不同相的维度硬度.实验结果表明:在过共晶铝硅合金中,不同的Mg含量在过共晶铝硅合金中生成不同形态的Mg:Si;热处理使板条状的共晶硅细化成点状,汉字状的Mg2Si细化变为球状;Mg含量在1%-5%的范围内,过共晶铝硅合金的硬度随Mg的含量增加而增加,热处理可以显著提高合金的布氏硬度.
The structures and properties of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy with different content of Mg were studied in this paper. By using scanning electron microscope and metallographic microscope, the microstructure of the hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloy with different Mg content and the microstructure of alloy before and after heat treatment were observed. The XRD and EDS were adopted to analysis the metal graph of the different phase. Simultaneous- ly, the HB and HV of different phase were tested. The experiment results show that the different content of Mg in hypereutectic AI-Si alloy generates the different forms of Mg2Si. Heat treatment causes shape change of the eutectic silicon from lath to ball, and that of the Chinese characters Mg2Si to spherical. When the Mg content is in the scope of 1%- 5%, the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy's hardness increases with Mg content. Heat treatment can significantly increase the HB of the alloy.
