黄陵县水资源开发利用存在问题及对策

Research on Issues and Countermeasures of Water Resources Exploitation and Utilization of Huangling County

通过对黄陵县水资源量及其时空分布特点、变化情况及黄陵县水资源开发利用现状分析,指出了该区水资源开发利用存在的主要问题,提出了黄陵县水资源开发利用的对策。对其他缺水地区在水资源开发利用方面也有重要参考价值。

This article analyzed the quantity, the space and time distribution characteristics, changing situation of water resources in Huangling County, as well as its exploitation and utilization, and point out existing problems in water resources development, and finally proposed the countermeasure for Huangling County water resources development. It also has important reference value for other water shortage area.
