高校图书馆采访质量体系框架构建

Constructing the Framework of Purchasing Quality System in University's Library

高校图书馆进行采访质量全面管理的实质就是建立采访质量保证体系。本文在参考了大量相关文献和对图书馆采访质量和保证体系研究的基础上,借鉴企业和教育系统构建质量保证体系的成功案例,依据采访质量体系基本原则,提出了高校图书馆采访质量的框架体系,并就构成采访质量保证体系的三个重要组成部分:支撑体系、评价体系、存贮体系进行了全面阐述。

The core of purchasing quality total management in university＇s library is to construct purchasing quality guarantee system. Based on the basic principles of purchasing quality system, this essay put forward the framework of purchasing quality system , and stated comprehensively the three key parts in purchasing quality guarantee system： support system; evaluation system; and storage system by referring to a large amount of related documents, and by drawing on the experience of successful cases of enterprises and high education in this field.
