摘要
以‘湘研1号’和‘湘研16号’辣椒种子为材料,研究了不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)处理对低温胁迫下辣椒种子萌发的影响.结果表明:各浓度PEG处理均能促进种子萌发,提高种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,且当PEG的体积分数为25%时,处理效果最佳,‘湘研1号’种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数与对照相比,分别提高72.00%-85.00%6、.52%-12.86%1、7.62%-37.41%2、0.40%-68.60%;‘湘研16号’分别提高50.00%-122.22%、31.48%-51.72%、18.04%-54.21%2、2.12%-146.78%,均较对照有显著增加.
Pepper seeds cv.Xiangyan NO.1 and Xiangyan NO.16 were used as materials,the germination indexes of seed soaked with polyethylene glycol(PEG) at different concentrations were measured under chilling stress.The results showed that PEG treatments promoted the seed germination and improved seed germination energy,germination rate,germination index and vigor index.The indexes above mentioned of Xiangyan NO.1 increased by 8.00 %~85.00 %,2.17 %~12.86 %,0.32 %~37.41 % and 1.43 %~68.60 % respectively;the indexes of Xiangyan NO.16 enhanced by 10.00 %~122.22 %,3.45 %~51.72 %,1.10 %~54.21 % and 6.19 %~146.78 % respectively.PEG treatment at 25 % showed the optimum.The indexes of Xiangyan NO.1 increased by 72.00 %~85.00 %,6.52 %~12.86 %,17.62 %~37.41 % and 20.40 %~68.60 % respectively;the indexes of Xiangyan NO.16 enhanced by 50.00 %~122.22 %,31.48 %~51.72 %,18.04 %~54.21 % and 22.12 %~146.78 % respectively.Both cultivars treated with PEG had a higher germination indexes when compared with the control.
