少数民族乡村经济社会全面和谐发展是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分。在对杭州市乡村少数民族群众的现状进行系统调查的基础上,总结了杭州市少数民族乡村发展过程中取得的成绩和存在的问题,提出加大政府财政扶植力度、完善民族优惠政策等对策。

The economy development in minority county is an important part in modernization construction in our country.We researched the status of the minority country in Hangzhou,summed up the achievement and matter in development,put forward some measures,such as raising the help of the government,perfecting the preferential policy and so on.
