工程管理专业教学改革研究

Teaching reform for engineering management

目前,国家出台了扩大内需、促进经济增长的措施,对民生工程、基础设施、生态环境建设和灾后重建等加大了投入,这需要大量工程管理的专门人才去完成,这就给高等学校提出了要求和任务。如何培养适应社会发展需要的高水平的工程管理专业人才,需要对其人才培养模式和教学方法进行改革。

Presently, to expand domestic demand and promote economic growth, P. R. China increases input in livelihood projects, infrastructure and ecological environment construction, and post-disaster reconstruction. It needs many professional person specialized in engineering management, which proposed requests and tasks for teachers in universities and colleges of training high-level engineering management majors to adapt to the social development. Therefore, we should reform on the training mode and teaching methods.
