摘要
通过行业、生源等因素的调查分析,从人才培养模式基本内涵入手,按工程造价专业的职业要求,确立了双层次岗位培养目标,并依据岗位职业能力来建立相应的人才培养模型,构建出螺旋结构的六大学习工作包,基于螺旋递进路径,最终完成工程造价专业的人才培养目标。
We investigated and analyzed the business situation and student source of project cost specialty in higher vocational schools. Based on the basic meaning of talent-training mode and professional requirements of project cost specialty, we presented a two-level occupation training goal, and constructed a corresponding talent-training mode including six structural learning and working packages to achieve the training goal by a spiral progression.
