摘要
教授委员会是高等学校"教授治校"的重要体现,其设置和运行应当与一个国家的教育体制相适应,并应对国家的高等教育产生推动作用。通过对不同教育体制下的教授委员会的分析比对,提出了在高校构建"教授委员会"的架构形式和基本准则。
A professor committee reflects the principle of ＂universities and colleges administrated by professors＂. Its setting and running should adjust to the education system of a country, and promote the higher education. We made a comparative analysis of professor committee in different education systems, and proposed basic principles and a framework of constructing professor committee in Chinese universities and colleges.
