Confronted with new situations and new tasks, we must grasp the concept of the scientific outlook on development in a proper and comprehensive manner, and thoroughly apply the outlook on development in light of our own actual situations. To correct the inadequacies of today＇s university assets management, we should take the outlook as the guiding principle, put people first, innovate the managing mode, improve the comprehensive qualities of the managing team, cultivate their creative potential, and push forward the management ; hence the scientific development of the university.
