学习型企业文化萃取企业文化理论、学习型组织理论本质与精华,以其科学性、实用性和先进性而成为现代企业文化建设的主流和方向。创建学习型企业文化需要克服概念认识不清,必要性认识不足,路径和方法心中无底的缺陷,以PDCA循环为制导,分四个阶段不断建设学习型企业文化。
