苦参不同采挖期生物碱含量调查

Survey of Alkaloid Content during Various Harvesting Time in Sophora flavescens Ait

为了进一步确定苦参的适宜采挖时期,分期对同一生态区的苦参进行了采集化验。测试结果表明,9月29日、11月5日、11月29日采挖的样品苦参生物碱含量较高,而5月29日、8月29日采挖的样品苦参生物碱含量较低,因此确定9月29日至11月29日为苦参的最佳采挖期。

To definite the harvesting time, Sophoraflavescens ait from the same ecological zone was collected at various time and tested. The results showed that the sample roots collected on 29th September, 5th or 19th November all had relatively high alkaloid level, while the ones collected on 29th May and 29th August low alkaloid. In this way, the optimum harvesting time was decided as from 29th September to 29th November.
